Client Relations (Sales)
About The Theater People:
We’ve been serving people all across Ohio for nearly 15 years. We specialize in networks, automation, home theaters, and everything in between!
Job Summary:
TTP is looking for someone to bridge the gap between us and our clients. Akin to a sales position, our ideal Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for maintaining communication with our clients, closing jobs, and growing this company with us. We’re a small team so we’re looking for someone who can do the job and fit in with us!
Duties:
– Manage prospect and follow up lists
– Oversee all proposals and eventually create proposals of your own on smaller jobs
– Make sure all proposals are inputted correctly, deposits are taken, and paperwork is given to the Tech Dept for scheduling
– Make sure jobs are scheduled and products are ordered in timely manner
– Take final payment of finished jobs and ask for reviews
– Visit residential and commercial sites with project manager to begin building relationships with clients and seeing the job through entirely
– Take photos of every site visit during consult and after job is completed
– Visit residential and commercial sites with tech crew during installation
– Seek and establish new accounts for commercial and residential jobs (builders, contractors, realtors, etc.)
– Be willing to lend a hand when needed around the office and on job sites
– Work expos and events, including on weekends
– Be willing to learn any and all aspects of the company
– Answer phone when in the office, greet any customer who may come into the showroom
Expectations:
– Learn, at minimum, the basics of all our products and services, and, in-depth, the software we use (D-Tools, QuickBooks, Slack, Google Calendar)
– All work related tasks, contact, and information must be done through work phone and work email
– Must be able to handle being depended on by the team
– Manage expense account
– Provide the best customer service
– Attend company meetings and any brand trainings (online) there may be
– Complete a daily log of travel, customers contacted, and any money spent
Qualifications:
– Must have your own car to travel to different sites across the Central Ohio area
– Available to work schedule:
– Probationary period (180 days): M-F 8:30-5
– After 180 days rotating schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5, Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-7; then Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30-5, repeat
– Accountability and professionalism
Education:
– Associates or Bachelors, or equivalent work experience

Salary:
– Probationary period: $41,600
– After 180 days: $52,000

– High School Diploma or GED
