The Process
Every service we offer is available for all new builds and renovations.
Call us early
Save time, money, and headache by calling us as early into the build or renovation as possible. Wiring for any service we offer is significantly easier (and cheaper for you) when we can get in to do it when the bones are showing.
Design Work
Our project manager will do any design work your job requires. Depending on how detailed or extensive the work is, we advise at least a week before a quote is sent to you for approval.
Approval
Once your quote is sent, please review the designs, products, and cost. If you seek changes, let us know and we’ll adjust. If you’re happy and approve the quote and design, we’ll take your deposit and order your products.
Installation
Most new build and renovation projects will be done in phases. We’ll wire for all services and come in throughout the construction to do work as needed. Most of the time, the final install will be done when construction is finished.

Lighting
Every aspect of a new build or renovation is important. However, lighting is one of those that will affect your daily life both positively and negatively depending on how it’s done. Yes, poor lighting can change the way your carefully-picked paint or furniture looks. It can also mess with your mood! We work with professional light designers to make sure your home is adequately lit, while maintaining your comfort.
Mirrors
Mirrors are an integral part of any home. They’re in nearly every bathroom, hallway, and bedroom. But, they don’t have to be just mirrors. They can light up, defog after a shower, or even turn into a television. There are a variety of shapes and sizes, so you can have a different mirror for every room in your house!
Shades
Choosing motorized shades over standard blinds for your windows can be beneficial for you, your home, and your wallet. Automate them to open with your alarm, or close when it’s bedtime. With shades, you can gain a bit more security from wandering eyes, and a bit less of a heating and cooling bill. Give your home an upgrade with these custom designed motorized shades.
